The Challenge
INTRODUCING COUNTRY’S FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND FESTIVAL AND EXPANDING ITS REACH WHILE PRESERVING A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMONG OUR CORE AUDIENCE. AS WE GREW, IT BECAME IMPORTANT TO ENSURE THAT NEW MEMBERS SHARED THE SAME VALUES, TO MAINTAIN THE FESTIVAL’S INTEGRITY AND PREVENT ANY MISALIGNMENT WITH ITS ORIGINAL VISION.
The Research
THROUGH DATA ANALYSIS AND MARKET INSIGHTS, I DEVELOPED A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO FRAME OUR MESSAGING, CONTENT, AND DESIGN TO EFFECTIVELY ENGAGE OUR AUDIENCE, DRIVE GROWTH, AND MAINTAIN BRAND CONSISTENCY.
The Result
WE IMPLEMENTED CLEAR COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES AND CURATED CONTENT THAT REFLECTED OUR CORE VALUES. THIS SOLUTION DRIVED 30% AUDIENCE GROWTH, 240K MONTHLY REACH, 16K VISITORS, AND 1K+ ATHLETES ENROLLED. WE PRODUCED 800+ CONTENT PIECES MONTHLY AND SEGMENTED OUR INSTAGRAM INTO TWO PAGES TO AVOID CANNIBALIZATION BY FOOTBALL SIDE OF THE FESTIVAL. ADDITIONALLY, WE GREW A 1K+ TELEGRAM COMMUNITY AND MAINTAINED STRONG PRESENCES ON TIKTOK AND YOUTUBE.

ALONGSIDE THE GENIUS ART DIRECTOR, I BUILT A TEAM OF CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, ENSURING EVERY POSTER WAS A “WORK OF ART.” I CREATED A MOTIVATING ENVIRONMENT WITH UNLIMITED INSPIRATION, BOOSTING PRODUCTIVITY. COMBINING AESTHETICS WITH STRATEGIC DESIGN, OUR POSTERS CAPTURED ATTENTION AND EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATED THE MESSAGE, UTILIZING THE SCIENCE OF SELLING THROUGH VISUALS.
VIDEO CONTENT
STARTING MY CAREER IN MEDIA PRODUCTION AS A VIDEOGRAPHER, I GAINED VALUABLE EXPERIENCE IN CINEMATOGRAPHY. TOGETHER WITH MY TEAM, WE CREATED CONTENT THAT LEFT A LASTING IMPRESSION, CONVEYING THE “EMOTIONAL POSITION” OF THE FESTIVAL AND ITS CORE IDEA, ENSURING EVERYONE WATCHING OUR VIDEOS FELT THE DISTINCT ATMOSPHERE OF GOALPLUS.
